A Sanjiu Herb Extract Powders Formulary

The Sanjiu herb extracts can be easily used to make almost any Chinese herb tea formula. Below we've described a number of formulas from different sources. The proportions are given in packets of Sanjiu herbs (e.g., "1" mean one packet; "2" means two packets, etc.). To make these formulas just order the herbs from the Sanjiu page. Links are provided so you can easily order the herbs. Remember to order enough for a week or two so that you can try the formula for a while. If you want a weeks worth of tea then multiple the number of packets by seven (e.g., 4 packets for formula x 7 days = 28 packets). Please note that you can also make these formulas with bulk herbs. If you don't find a particular herb on our website then please contact us so we can special order it for you. We can also custom make the formula for you so you don't have to do any work.

To use the Sanjiu herbs open the packets, put in a large cup, and add two cups boiling water water. Let cool. Then drink one cup in the morning and one in the afternoon or evening. Each formula below is considered one dose or one day's worth. You can take these formulas daily or as needed. For more information on these herbal formulas we listed the source text.
