Using to boost immunity

I works outdoors and was always getting sick until a friend recommended this. I haven't had a cold or the flu all winter, which is a first for me. My blood pressure is also down and I just feel better! I am cutting back on the amount I take now to see if I can get the same results without having to take so many pills per day.
