Centella Asiatica (Chinese: ji xue cao, peng da wan; English: gotu kola) is indicated in premature aging, nervous disorders, chronic skin diseases, memory impairment, and recuperation after surgery or severe illness. Taoist hermits and Himalayan yogis have used it as a longevity tonic. Use 12-30 grams.
