Cinnamomi, Ramulus (Chinese: Gui zhi; Japanese: Keishi; English: cinnamon twigs) warms the meridians and disperses cold. Used for pain in the joints and limbs (especially the shoulders) due to cold and dampness. Also used for painful menses. Traditionally used with Ephedra for treatment of the common cold.  Use 3-9 gm.
