ER CHEN WAN

ER CHEN WAN was formulated in 1151AD and has become the standard formula for reducing phlegm. It is also known as Er Chen Tang. There are five herbs in this formula. Pinellia and Citrus dry the phlegm and harmonize the stomach. Licorice and Poria tonifies the Spleen. Poria also helps eliminate damp. Ginger helps harmonize the Pinellia. Er Chen Wan is good for cough with excess phlegm, chronic bronchitis, and gastric symptoms (poor appetite or excess stomach acid). Take eight pills three times per day.

Contains: Tangerine Peel (Citri), Pinellia, Poria, Glycyrrhiza (Licorice), Zingiberis (Ginger).
