Gunpowder Green Tea (Green tea in Chinese is: Lu Cha)
gets its name from its tightly rolled tea leaves. This is a
delightfully rich, flavorful tea, good hot or as iced tea. Use 1-2
teaspoons per pot of tea or just a pinch if making a single cup.
Tea
has many health benefits and research has shown that green tea is very
