LYCII, Fructus 枸杞子 (Chinese: Gou Qi Zi, Alternate names: Wolfberry, Goji Berry)

Lycii is used for enhancing the unfolding, nurturing power of the root of life energy. It benefits Essence (Jing) and is used in poor vision, dizziness, backache, and weak legs. It also adds psychic and mental stability. It is sweet and gentle, and enters the Liver and Kidney meridians.

Note: Tibetan Goji Berries is a species of Lycii berries that is not listed in the Official Chinese Materia Medica and therefore is considered a Food Grade Product rather than a Medicinal Grade Herb. We carry the Medicinal Grade Lycii.

Packets can be taken singley or combined with other herbs to make a formula. Use one packet to four cups water. Drink 1-3 cups per day.
