Palmarosa is a warm floral scent that acts to gently strengthen the nervous system. One way to use it is for a soothing soak, add 5 to 10 drops to one ounce of almond oil (buy almond oil at your local health food store) and add to a warm bath.

Palmarosa also makes a good carrier oil when mixing other scents.
