Polygonati, Rhizoma (Chinese: huang jing) tonifies the Spleen and moistens the Lungs. Known as a “food of the immortals” by Taoist adepts, is said to build bones and sinews and retard aging. Try with Ginseng, Lycii, Angelicae Sinensis, Dioscoreae, Glehniae. Use 6-18 grams in four cups water.
