Pouchong Tea (Green Tea or Lu Cha)
is a lightly fermented green tea. Pouchong means "the wrapped kind."
Several varieties of teas are wrapped in paper while they cure after
drying. This popular tea is made chiefly in Taiwan from the long, thin
Fujian-type leaf.
