Shi Quan Da Bu Wan

 Shi Quan Da Bu Wan (Shi Chuan Da Bu Wan, Ten Flavor Tea) is said to build energy and blood, strengthen the muscles and joints, develop a strong mind, and balance the emotions. Based on Nu Ke Ba Zhen Wan, plus cinnamon to warm and strengthen Kidney yang and astragalus to nourish the Spleen and defensive energy. In China, it is common to take this tonic for several years.
