Siberian Ginseng

Siberian ginseng improves circulation, strengthens ligaments and bones, acts as a tonic, and has slight diuretic properties. Traditionally used for arthritis, low back pain, cramps, and impotence. Athletes use Siberian ginseng to speed up the recovery time after a workout. Also good for the Liver and Kidneys. Research in the former Soviet Union noted many positive effects from the daily use of Siberian ginseng including increase in reflex speed and endurance, improved work capability, decrease in influenza cases, and normalization of blood pressure for both low and high blood pressure. Take 1-3 capsules per day. Each capsules contains 500mg of  100% Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) 5:1 extract powder which is equivalent to 2500mg of raw material.
