Soothing Balance

 Soothing Balance pacifies the emotions and restores harmonious communication and free-flowing energy among the organs. It is a modification of the Xiao Yao Wan formula (which moves and adjusts the Liver Qi) and can be used for headaches, dizziness, and feeling blue or moody. It may help take the edge off of anxiety, irritability, or inappropriate anger. Can also be used for stomach problems, gas distension, loose stools, menstrual pain, irregular cycles, or breast distension. Use up to 10 drops once or twice a day. Can be combined with Golden Serenity or Gentle Rejuvenator.

Soothing Balance is based on Free and Easy Wanderer (Chinese: Xiao Yao San) which was first recorded in the Song Dynasty in 1151 AD. The Soothing Balance formula has been modified by adding ligustici, cyperi, moutan, gardeniae, and gastrodiae to the original formula.

Contains: Radix Bupleurum, Radix Angelica Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Poria Cocos, Herba Menthae, Radix Glycyrrhizae, Cortex Moutan, Fructus Gardeniae, Radix Ligustici Wallichii, Rhizoma Gastrodiae, Rhizoma Cyperi, Rhizoma Zingiberis recens.

Customer Feedback: I get one-sided headaches occasionally that start off with blurry vision. They probably would be described as mild migraines. Recently, when I noticed the vision in one eye starting to bother me I took about 20 drops of Soothing Balance. It seemed to help and a few hours later I took another 20 drops.
