St. Johnswort (Hypericum perforatum) is used for depression and as an anti-viral. Its anti-depressant effects may not be apparent until after it has been taken daily for 3-4 weeks. Research has shown that it is tolerated better than conventional anti-depressants. Avoid during pregnancy. Certified Organic, fresh.
