Ti-Kuan-Yin Tea (Tea of the Iron Bodhisattva) is the most famous of all Chinese oolongs. This tea can be reused many more times than most varieties. The people of Chaozhou like to brew this tea in tiny pottery teapots and sip it from thimble-sized cups to better savor its orchid-like flavor.
