Information on Herbal Preparations from China

This information was reprinted from product packaging, product literature, and books on Chinese Herbal products. Products are listed by common and alternate names (aka). If a product is also made by a U.S. company under a different name we have listed the brand next to the name in parenthesis. We also printed lists of ingredients, and indications. Because packaging and labeling frequently changes on Chinese products you should be aware that products you order may have different labels or different listing of ingredients. All products come from companies that have high manufacturing standards. Indications for use are listed by western and Chinese symptoms whenever possible. The list of symptoms is generalized for the range of use of the product, i.e., you do not have to have all the symptoms that are listed to use the product. Often if you have two or three of the symptoms listed it is possible that the product may be beneficial for you. However, if you are in doubt please seek the advice of a health professional or email you question to us. We will try to guide you in the right direction but will not diagnose you.

Disclaimer: Information on the uses of the herbs and herb products in this list was reprinted from available literature. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products herein are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Formulas are listed alphabetically. You can either scroll down the list or select the letter which your formula starts with. Please note that some listed products are no longer available but left in the list for reference purposes.
