The main indication of Ma Zi Ren is Constipation. this formula Moistens the Intestines, Clears Heat, Regulates Qi, Nourishes Blood, and Unblocks the Bowels. It is traditionally used for constipation, dry, hard and difficult to expel stools, abdominal bloating and pain, may be accompanied by dry mouth, bad breath and frequent scanty urination. Our East Earth Trade Winds herbalist states that this formula provides lubrication to the intestines by using several seeds in the formula that naturally contain a high oil content and lubricate the intestines. This formula is traditionally recognized as a gentle laxative that is safe for the elderly or those in poor health.

Ingredients: Linum usitatissimum seed (Ya ma zi), Prunus armeniaca seed (Xing ren), Citrus aurantium fruit-immature (Zhi shi), Magnolia officinalis bark (Hou po), Paeonia lactiflora root (Bai shao), Rheum palmatum root & rhizome (Da huang), Activated carbon, Botanical wax, Talcum.
Dosage: 8 pills, 3 times a day. Take half an hour before or one hour after eating.
