An Shen Bu Xin Wan (Calm the Spirit Tonify the Heart Formula) Tonifies Yin, Nourishes Blood, Calms the Hun and Shen, Subdues Liver Yang, Clears Deficiency Heat, Regulates Qi and Blood. Our East Earth Trade Winds herbalist says that the Chinese indications to symptoms of anxiety, stress, insomnia and sleep problems and because of its calming nature it can be an adjunct formula for cigarette or drug detoxification.

Contains: Cristaria plicata shell (Zhen zhu mu), Polygonum multiflorum vine (Ye jiao teng), Ligustrum lucidum fruit (Nu zhen zi), Salvia miltiorrhiza root (Dan shen), Eclipta prostrata herb (Han lian cao), Cuscuta chinensis seed (Tu si zi), Albizia julibrissin bark (He huan pi), Rehmannia glutinosa root-raw (Sheng di huang), Schisandra chinensis fruit (Wu wei zi), Acorus tatarinowii rhizome (Shi chang pu)
Other Ingredients: Activated carbon, Botanical wax, Talcum
Dosage: 8 pills, 3/x per day. Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In the initial phases, dosage may be increased to 8-12 pills 3 times per day, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the formula takes effect. To help maintain normal sleep patterns 8-16 tabs may be administered before bed. May be used medium to long-term for several weeks to several months. May be used periodically over the course of several years.
