Cinnamomi, Cortex (Chinese: Rou gui; English: cinnamon bark) is one of the main warming herbs of Chinese medicine. Excellent for warming cold hands and feet and internal organs. Energizes, promotes menstruation, alleviates pain, and generates qi and blood. Can be crushed and used as cinnamon powder. Use 0.9-3 grams.
