This is a wonderful product! It has helped me whenever I have severe flareups with Fibromyalgia, and also my Osteoporosis, and Spondylthesis of the spine with severe inflammation and pain so severe that strong prescription pain meds don't help. I highly recommend it and give it 5 stars!
