Futhermore, our East Earth Trade Winds herbalist's research indicates the medicinal effects of the herbs are as follows:
Polygonum cusidatum rhizome (Bushy Knotweed) has an excellent ability to relieve pain and is very useful for sports or traumatic injuries. Research has shown it to have analgesic and antiinflammatory properties as well as being a hemostatic.
Camphor Wood (Radix Crotonis crassifolii, Chinese Ji Gu Xiang) increases local circulation and relieves pain.
Fragrant Angelica (Bai Zhi) is anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antispasmodic (treats muscle spasms and cramps).
Moghania (Chinese: Yi Tiao Gen) is used for musculoskeletal pain, stiffness, soreness, and tendon and bone pain.
Zedoary rhizome or curcuma (a different species than Turmeric) is an anti-inflammatory and is especially helpful for painful shoulders.

I suffer from chronic pain and have for a long time. I've noticed that with nightly use the terrible aching back pain that kept me awake has become more tolerable. My left knee was becoming so bad I couldn't walk on it in the morning but once again that has improved. I think that daily use of this product is very much worthwhile and you don't have to deal with sticky creams or getting stuff in your eyes. Just spray, rub in, and it soaks right in.

I love this for my injured knee, rub a little on in the morning and it gets me through the day. A bit little more before bed and I can sleep through the night! My husband tried it on his ankle and shoulder, worked just as well for him.
